Inspiring Housing

Inspiring Housing Community Land Trust (IHCLT) is a not-for-profit Community Benefit Society with a geographical mandate to act as a Community Land Trust Initially established to deliver within the neighbourhoods of Charlestown and Lower Kersal, the Rules were amended in September 2020 to extend the areas to “Greater Manchester” providing greater opportunity for developing community led housing.
