Green & Grow Thrives at RHS It’s Your Neighbourhood Awards!

Green & Grow is proud to announce our success in this year’s RHS It’s Your Neighbourhood (IYN) program! Designed to support volunteer-driven community gardening groups, IYN celebrates efforts to enhance and beautify local spaces, while providing valuable feedback to help groups grow and improve.

This year, we’re thrilled to have achieved a Level 4 – Thriving grade, a significant leap from our 2022 grading, climbing two full levels and earning 25 more marks!

Our grading reflects the incredible social benefits our community garden provides, the variety of events we host, and the unwavering dedication of our Green Champions. Their hard work and passion have been instrumental in achieving this milestone, and their contributions continue to make a real difference.

We’ve also received insightful feedback from the RHS judges, which we’re eager to implement in 2024. In fact, we’ve already started working on one of the suggested improvements!

A huge thank-you to our Green Champions for their time, energy, and commitment to making our garden a thriving community space. Here’s to continued success in 2025 and beyond!
